Technical Project Manager

Work Model: Hybrid

Location: Hyderabad

As a Project Manager, you will lead high-impact, data-driven initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and technical delivery. You will own end-to-end project execution while driving clarity, accountability, and timely outcomes.

• Lead and manage strategic data engineering and migration projects from initiation through successful delivery
• Drive weekly project governance with clear status tracking, dependency management, and proactive risk mitigation
• Facilitate project discussions and reviews with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and executive stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
• Adapt quickly to evolving business priorities while maintaining delivery commitments
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting using standard PM tools

• 7+ years of proven project management experience in data engineering, data platforms, or migration projects
• Mandatory experience in the Retail industry
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
• Working knowledge of Power BI is a plus
