This role combines technical project management with UAS safety and operational expertise. The successful candidate will work across technical and business teams to define requirements, manage project execution, and ensure that safety, operational, and regulatory considerations are appropriately addressed.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a project's systems engineering tasks as performed by the technical team.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain project and technical documentation.
- Provide expertise on UAS operations, safety, and operational risk.
- Support SORA and other operational risk assessment activities.
- Help translate regulatory and safety requirements into practical technical and operational requirements.
- Support the development and review of operational concepts, procedures, and safety documentation.
- Work with customers and partners to understand requirements and communicate technical solutions.
- Stay current with relevant UAS regulations, standards, and industry developments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project, safety, and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, aviation, aerospace, safety, or a related field.
- 3 year min of relevant experience.
- Experience in technical project management and/or UAS operations.
- Strong understanding of UAS safety, risk assessment, and operational requirements.
- Knowledge of SORA and UAS regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, international environment.
Preferred
- Familiarity with UTM, U-Space, or related airspace management concepts.
- Experience working across technical, operational, and regulatory functions.
- Experience in product delivery, technical consulting with a focus on Systems engineering practice.
