Minimum 8 years experience as a Technical Project Manager (Data Analytics) preferably with exposure in a Banking/Financial institution.
Key Expectations:
1. Technical project Manager role & not generic PMO
2. Manage 3–4 squads (each 8–10 members).
3. Own end-to-end data projects
4. Lead roadmap planning
5. Engage directly with business stakeholders.
6. Deliver complex data programs, not just participate.
Required Background:
1. Experience in Data Analytics, data lifecycle & data warehouse projects.
2. Exposure to platforms like Informatica, PySpark, Cloudera, BI tools.
3. Functional exposure in Banking domain
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Overall experience of more than 10 years. • Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/ Banking Industry - Preferable • Demonstrated experience managing technology and business projects • Experience in delivering Waterfall and Hybrid Methodology projects • Certified Project Management (PMP/Prince 2) • Tools: Microsoft Office suite as well as Visio & Project Role Specific Knowledge • Excellent understanding of Project Management, planning, monitoring project planning, monitoring & reporting within a large multi-faceted organization and a proven track record of delivery • Knowledge on Planning, Cost and budget analysis, Team Management, Time Management, Leadership, Coaching & Mentorship. • Knowledge of different approaches to deliver project, including agile and waterfall • High level of attention to detail, organized, structure way of thinking and delivery • Strong interpersonal, people management and facilitation skills with an ability to secure buy-in and bind people to proactively support project delivery (tact and diplomacy, influencing skills and overall sensitivity to the implications of change) • Experience of complex change management programs/business transformation and strategy execution.
