CJob Title: Technical Quality Manager

Job Purpose
Manage all technical and warehouse operations to ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and efficient handling of aircraft parts. The Technical Manager will lead the Store Manager, Receiving Inspectors, and Warehouse Technicians, ensuring operational efficiency, traceability, and proper technical oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the Store Manager, Receiving Inspectors, and Warehouse Technicians.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
- Provide guidance and training on technical documentation, ERP usage, and parts handling.
Technical Oversight & Documentation
- Ensure all technical records, certificates (EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3, ARC), and ERP data are accurate and compliant.
- Maintain traceability of parts, including serial numbers, repair status, and warranty tracking.
- Approve documentation workflows and ensure readiness for audits and inspections.
Warehouse & Store Operations
- Oversee the receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of aircraft components.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of parts according to technical and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement and repair teams to ensure timely availability of parts.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Develop and implement SOPs for technical records and warehouse operations.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports or inventory, technical records, and operational performance for senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Aviation, Aerospace, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in aviation technical records, warehouse operations, or MRO support.
- Experience leading teams, including warehouse and technical staff.
- Strong knowledge of EASA/FAA certification requirements and aircraft component traceability.
- Proficient in ERP systems and inventory management.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
