Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in hiring for technology roles. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation, while working closely with hiring managers to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, QA, DevOps, data specialists)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and market insights
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment
- Proven experience hiring for a variety of tech roles
- Strong understanding of common technologies, tools, and roles in the tech industry
- Experience with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fluency in English is required
- preferable if work within EU market
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for international or remote teams
- Familiarity with different hiring practices across regions
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
