Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Technical Recruiter located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Junior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, identifying top talent, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and maintaining clear communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Technical Recruiting expertise with the ability to source and evaluate candidates for technical roles
• Strong recruiting and communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment-related software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
