Job Description

What You'll Do:

Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forasna, referrals, university partnerships, and tech communities
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring technical roles such as network engineers, systems administrators, software developers, and cybersecurity specialists
  • Craft compelling outreach messages that resonate with technical professionals in the Egyptian and regional market

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across networking, infrastructure, software engineering, pre-sales, and IT operations
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview scorecards, and evaluation criteria
  • Screen and assess candidates, presenting shortlists with clear, structured notes
  • Coordinate interviews, gather timely feedback, and keep all parties informed throughout the process

Candidate Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates from first outreach through offer acceptance
  • Ensure every candidate — hired or not — walks away with a positive impression of IST Networks
  • Communicate transparently about role expectations, timelines, and decisions

Data & Process

  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics: time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS
  • Continuously identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
