Strattmont is seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on hiring top talent for Engineering, IT, Operations, and other specialized positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and placing high-caliber professionals in technical and operational roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Engineering, IT, Operations, and other specialized roles, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and organizational needs.
Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.
Utilize data-driven recruitment strategies to track metrics and improve hiring efficiency.
Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to effectively attract top talent in competitive markets.
Partner with internal teams to create and implement strategies to promote employer branding and improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications
Experience with Staffing & Recruitment Industry
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on Engineering, IT, Operations, or similar fields.
Strong understanding of technical roles and industry-specific hiring practices.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
