Technical Recruitment Specialist
LOCATION
Fujairah, UAE Middle East
The client will apply for the work visa and provide relocation if not local.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist within engineering or construction
- Engineering or Construction background highly preferred
- Strong understanding of technical role requirements
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and develop recruitment strategies
- Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and networks
- Skilled in screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
- Ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
- Experience managing offer negotiations
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to manage hiring challenges including talent shortages
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative accuracy
Roles And Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
- Source and attract qualified candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Evaluate candidate suitability for technical and cultural alignment
- Manage offer negotiation and employment discussions
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and compliance
- Build and nurture talent pipelines
- Provide recruitment process improvement recommendations
- Support onboarding to ensure smooth integration
SALARY
AED 5,000 - AED 6,000 depending on experience
