Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Technical Sales Consultant. The Technical Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting, consulting with clients to identify their needs, and offering tailored solutions. The role also includes managing sales processes, maintaining client relationships, and advising on the best practices related to HD Smart Glass products and solutions. The consultant will collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

Qualifications
  • Strong Sales and Consulting skills, with a focus on client relationship management
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities to address and solve client challenges
  • Analytical Skills for assessing client needs, market trends, and developing tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site and collaborate with teams effectively
  • Experience in the smart solutions or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
