Technical Sales Coordinator

Finpower Aircon LLC, a leader in providing cutting-edge HVAC solutions, is seeking a Technical Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and sales strategy, ensuring smooth communication between clients, the sales team, and technical departments. The ideal candidate will excel in customer relations, technical understanding, and organizational skills to support sales operations and drive business growth.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.
• Coordinate with the sales team to prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
• Support in preparing and maintaining sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Monitor and track sales orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Provide technical assistance to customers regarding Finpower Aircon LLC’s product range, ensuring clients understand system specifications and applications.
• Liaise with engineering and design teams to address technical queries and customize solutions based on client requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, drawings, and compliance certifications as part of sales submissions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
• Organize product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales orders, and technical issues.
• Manage the database of leads, opportunities, and customer feedback in CRM systems.
• Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to promote Finpower Aircon’s solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field (preferred).
• Equivalent experience in technical sales coordination within the HVAC industry will also be considered.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the HVAC or technical sales sector.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, products, and applications is essential.

• Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and their applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic project management tools.
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset and a customer-focused approach.
