Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical support, coordinating projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external partners. This role involves managing technical resources, resolving technical issues, and assisting customers in the operation and maintenance of testing equipment. The candidate will also be expected to contribute to process improvement projects and ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with internal teams and clients
• Proficiency in Technical Support, including diagnosing and resolving equipment-related issues
• Experience in Project Management to oversee and deliver projects within timeframes and quality standards
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools for both technical and project management tasks
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the testing equipment or industrial/laboratory sector is a strong advantage
