Greenland Group. is looking for Technical Sales Engineer (ELV/CCTV/Network Security) - KSA
Job Description / Responsibility
- Sales & Business Development: Actively reach out to new/existing customers, manage inbound inquiries, and build lasting relationships.
- Technical Consulting: Analyze client needs to recommend suitable CCTV products, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and Video Management Software (VMS).
- System Design & Proposals: Conduct on-site surveys, design, and prepare technical proposals, quotations, and drawings.
- Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate VIGI CCTV or similar product ranges to clients.
- Pre- & Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with technical teams for installation, configuration, and commissioning. Provide technical support during project implementation.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies (AI, cloud), and competitor activity.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and opportunities in CRM systems
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering
- Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Technical Sales/ IT Marketing, Technical sales Market
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 6 year(s)
