Job Description


  • Seeking new customers, through constant analysis and prospecting of the reference market, promoting marketing activities and ensuring the correct positioning of products.
  • Having in-depth technical knowledge on customer production processes with WTL (Walk the line) activities in customer plants, and being able to propose solutions by acting as a technical consultant of our product ranges
  • Dominate the assigned territory by conducting various types of analysis i.e. SWOT, market, customer and competitor analysis, etc.
  • Close collaboration with all stakeholders i.e. sales support, logistics, finance teams, etc. to ensure delivery is done at the right time
  • Preparing visits and activity reports in detail thru CRM tools, also prepare win/lost order and sales reports in which sales performance is evaluated accordingly

Qualifications

  • A degree level qualification Engineering is must (Mechanical Production or Mechatronics & is preferable) and have experiences in selling Machinery Product/related product at least 2 years.
  • Analytical techniques and computer literacy.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter and motivator with a committed approach to meeting the goals of the division
  • Knowledge of metal processing and production machinery range of products is preferred.
