We are a leading outsourcing company in the UAE, delivering recruitment, EOR/PEO, PRO services, and corporate solutions across the region.

We are currently supporting a European industrial group specialized in Aviation Warning Lighting & Electrical Protection solutions in the recruitment of a Technical Sales Engineer to join their Dubai office supporting projects across Africa, GCC & Middle East regions.

Position: Technical Sales Engineer – Electrical / Aviation Solutions

Location: Dubai, UAE

Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Sales & Business Development

• Develop and support technical sales activities across Africa, GCC & Middle East markets

• Engage with consultants, contractors, distributors, EPC companies, and end clients

• Identify new business opportunities and support expansion of the regional customer portfolio

• Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and trade exhibitions when required

Project & Tender Management

• Receive, identify, and manage project inquiries, tenders, specifications, and technical requirements

• Review electrical and mechanical drawings, project documentation, and technical standards

• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations

• Follow projects and quotations until award and order stage

Technical & Operational Support

• Support product selection, coordinated systems, certifications, and customized technical solutions

• Coordinate internally regarding project execution and customer requirements

• Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities when required

• Operate as a technical consultant across multiple ongoing projects simultaneously

Stakeholder & Regional Coordination

• Maintain strong relationships with regional partners, distributors, and project stakeholders

• Coordinate with international teams and HQ regarding technical and commercial matters

• Support business development activities across infrastructure, aviation, utilities, telecom, and industrial sectors

• Travel across MENA & Africa regions when required to support projects and clients

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience within Technical Sales, Project Sales, Tendering, or Engineering environments

• Experience within electrical infrastructure, industrial products, MEP, utilities, lighting, telecom, or related sectors

• Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, tenders, and project environments

• Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals

• AutoCAD knowledge is a strong advantage

• Previous exposure to GCC / Africa / Middle East projects is highly preferred

• English is mandatory

• Arabic and/or French are strong advantages

• Willingness to travel across the region when required
