Job Requirements:
- Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents.
- Prepare quantity take-offs (QTO), BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Support tendering activities and monitor project progress.
- Ensure all technical documentation is updated and maintained.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Revit, Primavera P6, or MS Project is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of technical submittals, BOQs, and quantity surveying.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
