Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer, based in Dubai. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding clients technical requirements, delivering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional sales engineering and technical support. The role will also involve developing strong client relationships, conducting product presentations, demonstrating technical features, and contributing to the company's business development goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing sales cycles, and ensuring the successful execution of projects are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs
• Proven experience in Technical Support, including resolving technical challenges and offering solutions
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for presenting complex technical concepts to various stakeholders
• Relevant experience managing sales processes, negotiations, and client relationships
• Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site team environment in Dubai
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to develop effective technical solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Understanding of market trends and technical advancements in relevant industries is an advantage
