Role Description

The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business, securing projects, and maintaining strong customer relationships across the assigned region. The role requires daily market engagement, proactive lead generation, and effective coordination with Sales Coordinators, Technical Office, Application, Production, Logistics, Business Development, and Finance. The Sales Executive ensures complete inquiry handling from market visit to quotation to order closure supporting the Sales Department's objectives, top-line growth, and sustainable customer retention.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • 24 years of UAE experience in HVAC or industrial field sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
  • Valid UAE / KSA driving license (mandatory).
  • Good technical understanding of HVAC systems and products is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Ready for Relocate to KSA
