Job Description
StarcSec is transforming how organizations understand and reduce risk. Our agentic‑AI powered Unified Exposure Management (UEM) platform gives security teams a single, correlated view of exposures across code, cloud, identity, infrastructure, mobile, web, and runtime — eliminating blind spots and cutting through noise.
We unify and prioritize exposures based on real attack paths, deliver continuous posture scoring, and automate remediation across the entire DevSecOps ecosystem.
If you're passionate about solving modern security challenges and love working at the intersection of technology, product, and customers, this role is for you.
What You'll Do- Deliver high‑impact demos showcasing StarcSec's UEM capabilities — unified exposure scoring, cross‑domain correlation, AI‑driven prioritization.
- Lead technical discovery sessions across code, cloud, identity, and runtime environments.
- Design solution architectures that integrate with customer DevSecOps stacks (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, AWS, Azure, GCP, ServiceNow, Slack).
- Support POCs and pilots, validating outcomes like reduced blind spots, correlated risk views, and faster triage.
- Address technical questions on integrations, scanning, posture scoring, attack‑path reasoning, and automated remediation.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive platform adoption.
- Represent StarcSec at webinars, conferences, and industry events.
- 8–10 years in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles.
- Strong background in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, application security, or exposure management.
- Ability to explain complex concepts like cross‑domain correlation, attack‑path reasoning, and risk‑based prioritization.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Work with cutting‑edge agentic AI in one of the fastest‑growing cybersecurity categories: Unified Exposure Management.
- Solve real‑world problems across modern attack surfaces.
- Join a high‑velocity team building next‑generation security technology.
