Job Description

  • Maximize sales of Material Handling Equipment ( Forklift , Manlift , Scissor lift, etc )
  • Market Analysis & Prospecting: Identify and target key accounts in the Egyptian market, including large contractors, quarry operators, cement/concrete producers, and mining companies.
  • Technical Consultation: Assess client operational needs (e.g., required crushing throughput, earthmoving capacity, concrete output) and propose the optimal heavy equipment solutions (crushers, batching plants, material handlers).
  • Financial Modeling & Tendering: Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, including financing options (leasing/loans), total cost of ownership analysis, and warranty terms. Manage complex tender processes.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with decision-makers (Owners, GMs, Procurement Directors) in high-value client organizations.
  • After-Sales Coordination: Work closely with the service department to ensure seamless delivery, commissioning, and reliable after-sales support/maintenance contracts
  • Maximize sales of crushers, and products to our current and new customers through persistent sales prospecting activities focused on the assigned market.
  • Ensure that related sales targets are met regarding unit sales and revenue crushers while giving due attention to the highest price realization.

Job Requirements

  • Education: no need for an engineering Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices, along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Bachelor's degree or a related field
  • Good command of the English language
