Role Overview
We are hiring a Technical Sales Executive with 13 years of experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, or a related field.
This role sits between clients, design, and execution, and requires someone who understands both sales and technical realities on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and actively generate new business
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate with design and operations teams to prepare offers and proposals
- Understand drawings, materials, and execution constraints
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Maintain sales pipeline and report progress regularly
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in fit-out, interior design, construction, or real estate sales
- Basic understanding of drawings, materials, finishes, and site work
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust with clients and close deals
- Motivated, organized, and eager to grow in a commercial role
Nice to Have
- Experience selling turnkey or custom interior solutions
- CRM or sales tracking experience
