We are seeking a sales engineer manager for the poultry industry to drive sales of equipment, automation, or nutrition solutions. Responsibilities include managing key client relationships, providing technical consultations for poultry projects, preparing cost estimates/tenders, and meeting sales targets. A background in poultry science/engineering is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies for poultry equipment or systems. Technical Support: Serve as the technical expert for client consultations, demos, and site evaluations. Relationship Management: Build relationships with farmers, integrators, and consultants. Proposal Management: Create and submit accurate technical proposals, tenders, and price quotations. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends to improve competitive positioning.
Requirements Experience in technical sales with poultry equipment or the animal food processing industry. Strong knowledge of poultry production, systems, and equipment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel to client sites. Bachelor's degree in animal science, engineering, or a relevant field.
