Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
• Promote and sell Power Rack's standard and custom racking systems to warehouses, factories, retailers, distributors, and logistics companies.
• Identify and develop new customers, projects, and key accounts.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
• Generate and follow up on leads, inquiries, and project opportunities.

2. Technical Solution Selling
• Understand customer storage requirements (load, pallet type, floor area, height, traffic flow, safety).
• Propose the most suitable racking layouts and systems (selective pallet, drive-in, bolt-free, mezzanine, shelving, etc.).
• Work with engineering and design teams to prepare layouts, load calculations, and technical submittals.
• Support customers during design, approval, and implementation phases.

3. Project & Pipeline Management
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to final delivery and installation.
• Track projects, quotations, approvals, and orders in CRM or sales reports.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and customer records.
• Follow up with consultants, contractors, and clients to secure specifications and approvals.

4. Quotation & Contract Management
• Prepare and issue technical and commercial quotations in coordination with internal teams.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and project conditions within approved guidelines.
• Ensure customer orders are correctly entered, confirmed, and delivered.

5. Customer Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with warehouse operators, contractors, consultants, and project owners.
• Conduct site visits, technical meetings, and product presentations.
• Resolve customer issues related to delivery, installation, or performance in coordination with operations.

6. Market & Competitor Intelligence
• Monitor competitor pricing, solutions, and project activity.
• Identify new market trends in logistics, warehousing, retail, and industrial storage.
• Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and product gaps.
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in B2B or project sales, preferably in racking, storage systems, material handling, or industrial products.
• Experience working with warehouses, logistics, factories, or contractors is a strong advantage.
