Role Description
This unique role combines technical sales with site supervision duties, ideal for candidates who have both commercial acumen and practical on-site experience in construction or fit-out projects.
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities in construction and engineering services.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams for quotations and tenders.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote services.
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Site Supervision:
- Oversee daily site activities and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with project management teams.
- Monitor work quality, progress, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily reports and highlight any issues affecting schedule or quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 4–5 years of combined experience in technical sales and site supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and project execution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
