Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and developing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, identifying business opportunities, preparing reports, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.

- Proficiency in account management, sales, and customer relationship management tools.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in handling client billing, resolving client concerns, and ensuring product delivery excellence.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering Pharmacy, science or related field.
