Technical Sales Support Engineer

We're looking for a creative and technically skilled professional with hands-on experience in the furniture and office furniture industry to join our team.

Job Purpose

Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle by translating client requirements into suitable technical solutions, presentations, and proposals, while coordinating with Sales, Technical, Design, and other internal teams to ensure solutions are accurate, commercially aligned, technically feasible, and effectively communicated to the client.

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare accurate 2D drawings, furniture layouts, and technical designs using AutoCAD.

-Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renders using 3ds Max & Corona Renderer.

-Conduct site measurements and translate them accurately into drawings and space layouts.

-Develop furniture and office layout solutions based on project requirements.

-Prepare professional design presentations and visual proposals using Photoshop and PowerPoint.

-Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to understand project requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.

-Support project discussions with clear technical drawings, visuals, and presentations.

-Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, visualization, research, and presentation development.

Requirements

-Graduate of Applied Arts or Architecture.

- 2–3 years of experience in the furniture / office furniture industry.

-Proficient in AutoCAD 2D.

-Strong command of 3ds Max & Corona Renderer.

-Proficient in Photoshop, especially for post-production and presentation enhancement.

-Skilled in preparing professional PowerPoint presentations.

-Practical hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Flow.

-Strong understanding of furniture design and office furniture layouts.

-Ability to conduct accurate site measurements.

-Positive and cooperative attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
