Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Heliopolis for a Technical Sales Support Engineer. The responsibilities include delivering technical solutions and assistance to both customers and the sales team. This role requires creating and presenting technical documentation, supporting sales processes, troubleshooting customer issues, analyzing customer requirements, and liaising between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and successful delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Technical Sales Support
• Strong background in Technical Support and Analytical Skills to identify and address client needs
• Experience in Sales Operations and managing customer interactions effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for consulting with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Relevant educational background in engineering, technical fields, or related disciplines
• Familiarity with the valves, fittings, pipeline networks, or similar industries is a plus
• Price tenders, prepare technical submittals , and respond to the consultant s technical qualifications comments , handle vendor list registration
