- Offshore teams outside the Kingdom
- Nearshore teams
- Ability to optimize the utilization of human resources and competencies to increase productivity.
- Proficiency in managing operational processes and ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers.
- Holding technical certifications from global companies such as:
- Cisco
- Microsoft
- VMware
- AWS
- Others
- Ability to work under pressure and follow up on multiple projects simultaneously.
Roles and Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications
