Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in:
  • Managing technical services.
  • Managing maintenance teams.
  • Executing major technical projects.
  • Extensive experience in executing and managing:
  • Installation
  • Configuration
  • Implementation
  • Testing
  • Development
  • Operation Management
  • Strong experience in:
  • Information Technology
  • Infrastructure
  • Applications
  • Advanced technical solutions and systems
  • Leading and managing diverse technical teams and delivering projects on time and with the required quality.
  • Experience in managing, organizing, and distributing tasks among:
  • Onsite teams inside the Kingdom
  • Offshore teams outside the Kingdom
  • Nearshore teams
  • Ability to optimize the utilization of human resources and competencies to increase productivity.
  • Proficiency in managing operational processes and ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers.
  • Holding technical certifications from global companies such as:
  • Cisco
  • Microsoft
  • VMware
  • AWS
  • Others
  • Ability to work under pressure and follow up on multiple projects simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop operational plans for managing maintenance and technical support services.
  • Manage and organize technical teams and ensure their readiness.
  • Monitor project execution, testing, and delivery according to standards.
  • Manage technical support and operational services for customers.
  • Develop work procedures and ensure the implementation of best practices.
  • Improve the efficiency of workforce utilization (Onsite/Offshore/Nearshore).
  • Monitor the execution of technical tasks in infrastructure and application projects.
  • Supervise technical documentation and reporting processes.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the quality of delivered services.
  • Develop training and development plans for technical staff.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Possessing professional technical certifications from global vendors is considered a strong advantage.
