Technical Services Engineer Spanish Speaker

We are looking to hire Technical services engineers with a technical or engineering background in education. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Our Team

This position will be part of Technical Services department. The work location will be 10th of ramadan city, Sharqia with an option to work 3 days/week in office and working remote for 2 days/week.

What You Will Do

• Create technical reports and presentations.
• Conduct technical activities and create static calculations, thermal stress analysis reports, and Acoustic Data calculations.
• Communicate and support cross-functional commercial and sales team members with all the necessary technical inquiries.
• Ability to communicate with customers to ensure all relative data is available for generating reports/calculations and understand their needs by asking relevant questions.
• To be the contact person and act as a technical consultant to our direct/ indirect customers.
• Tracking and creating CRM engagement through Salesforce.
• Involved in all ways of communication to provide the most accurate and suitable technical support services.
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction by providing ongoing technical services.
• Facilitate coordination with the regional sales teams in order to expand business volume.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required.
• Proficiency in written & spoken English.
• Intermediate to Advanced level of Spanish,
• 0-3 years of previous experience with a related technical background in Construction, Architecture, Facade, Glass, or Aluminum
• Must be proactive, customer focused and results oriented.
• Good PC skills in MS Office.

• Able to work in 10th of Ramadan city for 3 days/week in office and 2 days per/week from home.
