ABOUT THE POSITION

AKSA Power Generation is looking for a Technical Service Chief (Team Leader) who has strong experience in customer service, after-sales, and maintenance areas in that process for our Riyad office, under the management of the KSA Office.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

What will we expect

  • Be able to reside/work in KSA with no obstacle.
  • Having a Bachelor's Degree from technical faculties such as electrical engineering.
  • Must have advanced English knowledge level for speech and reporting.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technical field areas.
  • Strong analytical approach and team player.
  • Ability to work across an organization, process-oriented,
  • Excellent communication skills and high-level reporting skills
  • Strong technical background in HV substation engineering, comprehensive earthing assessments, and system modeling using platforms like PowerFactory and CDEGS.

JOB DESCRPTON

The key duties of the successful candidate are;

Team Leadership & Development

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the electrical engineering team, fostering their growth and ensuring their efforts are in line with organizational objectives and project requirements.

Electrical System Design

  • Supervise the planning and execution of electrical system designs for mining and power generation projects, guaranteeing adherence to Australian regulations and technical standards.

Project Management

  • Oversee all electrical engineering phases of projectsfrom initial concept to final commissioningwhile coordinating closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

System Modeling & Optimization

  • Apply software tools to simulate, analyse, and enhance electrical system performance for reliability and efficiency.

Health & Safety Standards

  • Enforce rigorous safety protocols and risk management procedures to ensure all engineering work meets compliance requirements and operational safety.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Cultivate strong connections with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies, providing clear technical documentation and delivering impactful presentations.

General Duties

  • Creating service targets and preparing periodic service reports
  • To present these prepared service reports to the relevant managers.
  • To make business plans in line with the company's quality policy and targets, to take action within these plans in order to achieve the planned service targets.
  • To provide the necessary planning and coordination for the performance of periodic maintenance.
  • To determine and supply all kinds of purchasing needs related to the maintenance and repair of generators.
  • To make the necessary guidance and organization in order to eliminate the malfunctions that may occur during installation, maintenance and repair as soon as possible and at the most affordable cost.
  • Informing the team about the current situation in order to achieve the determined service targets, and providing feedback to the service team by determining a correct roadmap.
  • To train the service team in line with company strategies and customer expectations.
  • To follow the satisfaction of the customers from the service team, to follow the process of solving the complaints or the problems conveyed.
