We are currently seeking a Technical Shop Support Coordinator one of our very well-known client, to be based in their Dubai office.
Job Description:
- Ability to analyze and synthesize technical information to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Proficiency in technical writing and documentation, including shop visit reports and engine release documents.
- Experience in manual revision reviews and Service Bulletin updates.
- Familiarity with maintenance planning, engine disassembly, inspection, assembly, and testing processes.
- Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE), Engineering Procedure Manuals (EPMs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance with airworthiness requirements and OEM standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in Technical Support or an equivalent role.
- Extensive knowledge of engine maintenance, workscoping, and job instruction authoring.
- Thorough understanding of OEM guidelines, Airworthiness regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience in reviewing, preparing, and approving workscopes, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives.
- Proficiency in Technical Documentation, including task card preparation and customization.
- Experience with ERP systems (IFS or similar) for task card management and shop floor planning.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience coordinating with OEMs for technical support.
- Knowledge of repair processes, tooling, and modification implementation.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Aeronautical, Avionics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License with a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant roles.
