Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervision over installation according to the lighting design
- Study design and item selection to check that products were compatible with site automation
- Support contractor with all installation details and instructions
- Testing products before installation
- Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site
- Prepare the purchasing request and assure all items, accessories and drivers are equivalent to what is needed in site and suitable with the agreed lighting quotation
- Create documentation for delivered projects and follow up with customers after installations.
- Review the design, and give solution and coordinate with the commissioning supervisor.
- Ensure fixtures supply meet agreed specifications and timescales.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- BS degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering)
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Knowledge of the lighting or electrical distribution business and in-depth knowledge of products and applications including lamps, ballasts, and lighting fixtures preferred
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Have experience in developing and driving distribution plans to achieve growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Must have a driver's license and car
