Who We´re Looking For:
We are looking for a senior, hands-on Technical Solution Architect to lead and govern the end-to-end architecture and integration design for a business-critical charging transformation within a telecom environment.
This program has direct impact on revenue, customer experience, and service continuity, so we need a strong technical leader who can drive solution integrity, challenge vendor decisions, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical design. This is not a review-only role, but a hands-on architecture leadership position.
What You'll Do:
- Define and validate the end-to-end solution architecture and integration design
- Challenge vendor architecture and technical decisions to ensure compliance with requirements
- Ensure adherence to API, data, security, and integration standards
- Lead architecture governance, technical reviews, and design approvals
- Support migration planning and coexistence strategy between existing and new systems
- Identify technical risks early and drive proper mitigation actions
- Provide clear technical direction and alignment across internal teams and vendors
What You'll Need:
- 10+ years of telecom solution architecture experience, preferably in BSS, Charging, or Core transformations
- Strong understanding of OCS/CHF, PCRF/PCF, real-time charging, and policy control architectures
- Solid knowledge of BSS/OSS ecosystems, including CRM, provisioning, mediation, DPI, billing, and core network integrations
- Proven experience designing end-to-end solution architecture across multi-vendor environments
- Experience defining and validating migration strategies, including phased and big-bang approaches, for live telecom systems
- Strong expertise in system integration and API architecture, including microservices and northbound/southbound interfaces
- Experience with data flows, CDR/event handling, and mediation/BI integrations
- Familiarity with 5G architecture, telecom standards, interfaces, and protocols
