Study with clear understanding of project's documents as drawings, specifications, along with all related tender documents and develop costing meeting project requirements.
Respond to inquiries documentations and provide answers to any subsequent clarification or compliance might be raised by either consultant or customer.
To assist Design Office team by preparing a complete technical file handover to enable them to execute the project.
Support sales teams in their negotiations at different proposal stages till securing the order.
Involved in tender process i.e. client technical discussions and clarification sessions, quotation, submission and review.
Job Requirements:
BSc degree in Electrical Power
4-5 years of experience in Tendering
Good Knowledge of LV & MV Panels
Good User of ETAP software
Strong technical background with up-to-date knowledge of new techniques and updates.
Knowledge of applicable international codes related to electrical systems applications.
Capacity to manage high stress situations
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
Having proficient skills with Microsoft office applications, including Word and Excel
Strong negotiation skills with strong argument technics
Autonomous in pricing and familiar with competitions and consultants arguing points to present competent solutions.
Able to propose more cost-efficient alternatives that leads to a competitive offering package.
