Technical Superintendent

The Technical Superintendent oversees the efficient technical performance of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules and class standards.

Reporting to the Head of Technical Fleet Management, the role includes advising on technical improvements and supporting overall fleet optimization.

Key responsibilities include managing warranty and insurance claims, coordinating dock planning, ensuring timely procurement of critical spares, and maintaining high standards of vessel readiness. The role also involves identifying maintenance and repair challenges, driving preventive actions, and contributing to the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the fleet.

Requirement

Experience as a Chief/Marine Engineer aboard Sea-going vessels with

at least an STCW Chief engineers license.

- Experience with planned maintenance systems.
