Job Description

Description of tasks:

Devising Technical Training Programs:

  • Create customized technical training programs based on organizational requirements.
  • Tailor content to address specific learning objectives.

Producing Training Schedules and Classroom Agendas:

  • Develop training schedules and organize classroom sessions.
  • Plan the sequence of topics and allocate time effectively.

Determining Course Content:

  • Identify essential technical concepts and skills that participants need to learn.
  • Design course content accordingly.

Preparing Training Material:

  • Develop training materials such as presentations, worksheets, and practical exercises.
  • Ensure clarity and relevance of content.

Executing Training Sessions:

  • Conduct training sessions, webinars, workshops, and hands-on demonstrations.
  • Adapt delivery methods to suit group or individual settings.

On-Site Training:

  • Arrange and deliver on-site training. (Approx.. 50% of job will be out of office conducting trainings)
  • Ensure seamless knowledge transfer to field technicians and service personnel.

Data Management:

  • Maintain records of completed courses, attendance, and any issues encountered.
  • Generate reports as needed.

Evaluation and Improvement:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Make necessary improvements based on feedback and outcomes.

Technical support

  • Daily Support for Technical inquiries with All Stakeholders

Education

Degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., engineering, electronics).

Experience

Proven Experience:

  • Home Appliances Solid Background with training Experience
  • Demonstrated experience as a technical trainer.
  • Familiarity with modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.

Course Design:

  • Ability to design technical course content.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • English Language Proficiency is a must
  • Comfortable addressing groups and explaining complex topics.

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail in planning and executing training sessions.
