Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Technical Support (Customer Service English) role based in Cairo. The Technical Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer support, troubleshoot technical issues, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role will involve offering effective solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and maintaining high service quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting methodologies
  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction expertise
  • Analytical Skills to assess and resolve technical challenges effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flunet in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
  • Relevant technical certification or degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred
