Role Description
As a Technical Support Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to customers by addressing their technical inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and document service interactions for future reference. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo.
