Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve customer queries and incidents in a timely manner.
- Document and track issues using ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Assist in the development of training materials for customers and team members.
