The Job holder will support the section head in managing the assign projects and facilitate the review of all the Value Added Request and Technical NOC request of Investors as per agreed process, support revenue growth including delivery of high quality services and effective utilization of resources in order to maximize profitability aligned with the company's objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in the review of all technical / NOC request for from Investors and it representative ensuring compliance with the company process and ensuring request are replied /close as per process
- Provided assistance to Customer Service for any technical request to ensure effective support for smooth operations including coordination meeting with the customers /contractors /consultants.
- Prepare and monitor the request as per agreed tracker format and on system
- Design Review and Issue NOC/exemption fees for Land Plot Investor Design Submission against the Guidelines/Policy.
- Coordination with internal teams (DHLE, DCM, CS ,Legal and others).
- Provide recommendations and drive initiatives that will ensure a customer focused and cost-effective service for the specified customer area.
- Support Section head in conducting feasible analysis for services and prepare reports for making informed decisions. Maintain records of all status.
- Ensure compliance with all approved policies, Systems, processes, and procedures.
- Prepare daily , weekly reports as per the operation requirements

Relevant Authorities
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor (B.Sc.) Degree in Engineering
- Min 4-6 years of experience in Project management, Design, and Infrastructure
- Exposure to Project Management especially in areas of planning, design review, project monitoring, post contract, technical review, investor management, customer service, NOC issuance.
- Exposure to real estate and property development process
- Experience in Infrastructure related to infra development, power, utilities, TIS and others
- Experience in coordinating with DEWA, RTA and other authorities
- Well verse with Authorities requirements in terms of Infrastructure Request
