Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Office Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement lighting solutions for various projects.
- Provide technical support for lighting design and installation.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure the technical feasibility of lighting designs.
- Perform site visits to assess lighting requirements and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Conduct product testing, evaluations, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Support the team in managing and executing lighting projects from conception to completion.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics is mandatory.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical engineering, preferably within the lighting industry.
- Strong knowledge of lighting design software (e.g., DIALux, AutoCAD).
- Familiarity with lighting systems, installation, and technical specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of lighting standards, regulations, and energy-efficient solutions is a plus.
