We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer- Emiratization for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office.

Purpose-
This role ensures technical excellence, compliance, and high-quality engineering documentation while supporting company's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in providing expert technical assistance and ensuring seamless support for customers and internal teams.
Responsibility-
- Developing technical expertise within Stores and Customer Service.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Project Management to produce high-quality technical documents.
- Preparing and maintaining Technical Submittals, warranties, consultant comments, and certifications.
- Updating datasheets, third-party test reports, and other critical documentation.
- Supporting field teams with Bill of Quantities and Anchor/Rebar designs.
- Managing and updating the engineering folder with approvals, specifications, and datasheets.
- Handling certification renewals (ADCE, DEWA, ADCO) and vendor list updates.
- Providing real-time technical support to customers via phone.
- This role ensures technical excellence, compliance, and high-quality engineering documentation while supporting commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
Skills-
- National with Family Book (to comply with the UAE Emiratization law).
- Bachelor's degree in structural, civil or mechanical engineering.
- 0-2 years of construction experience.
- AutoCAD basic know-how.
- Interest in solving complex engineering problems based on analytical mindset.
- Goal achievement and solution-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in multicultural environment.
- Efficient oral and written communicator, in English & Arabic (written and verbal).
- High learning agility, and willing to develop within the Engineering field.
- Willingness to find solutions independent, but ready to follow directions in more complicated situations.
- Dubai based or willing to relocate or commute from within the UAE.
