Technical Support Engineer

Hays client is a leading enterprise file sync and share platform that specialize in providing industry leading compliance, data governance, data leak protection, data retention and digital rights management capabilities. They are a global company, currently growing a large team based in Riyadh. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Support Engineer based in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Your new role

• Respond to all Level 1 & Level 2 support tickets within SLA
• Create internal tickets with product engineering
• Perform professional service tasks assigned by the senior team – scheduled calls with customers, recreating the customer environment, and testing the solutions ahead of deployments
• Provide on-site support for customers in the region as requested

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
• 3+ years Linux administration experience with Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, RHEL
• Familiar with Apache Web Server troubleshooting
• 2+ years in Windows Server Administration working with Active Directory, NTFS, IIS, SSL certificates, PowerShell, etc
