We're Hiring: Technical Support Engineers (ICT, Systems, AV)
FinesseTech is growing fast, and we're looking for a handson Technical Support Engineers who can work across ICT, Cloud, AV, and enterprise applications.
If you enjoy solving real-world technical problems, working with Microsoft 365 & Azure, deploying smart digital building solutions, and supporting enterprise clients this role is for you.
What You'll Work On
- Deploy & support digital building solutions (Digital Signage, Visitor Management & Kiosk Systems)
- Install & manage Windows Servers, IIS, certificates, AD, SSO
- Troubleshoot networks (VLANs, ports, routing, firewalls)
- Administer Microsoft 365 & Azure (Exchange Online, Entra ID, CA policies, VMs)
- Work closely with client IT security teams to support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing compliance.
- Work with SQL databases (queries, logs, backup/restore)
- Onsite deployments, system commissioning & client coordination
- Create clean documentation, SOPs & troubleshooting guides
What We're Looking For
- 26 years in ICT/System/Technical Support
- Strong skills in Windows Server, IIS, networking & SQL
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Ability to install, configure & troubleshoot enterprise applications
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Strong documentation discipline
Nice to Have
- PADS4 or equivalent Digital Signage software implementation experience
- Kiosk or access control system support
- PowerShell or automation basics
- Knowledge of AV systems (nonaudio specialist)
- Valid UAE driving license
