Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Cairo. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting customers with technical inquiries. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, offering customer support and service, and applying analytical skills to assess, resolve technical challenges and perform site visits. The role specifically requires experience in the waterproofing systems and painting industries.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience in this field
• Having a car is a must
