Job Title: Technical Support Engineer – Steam & Heat Transfer

Location: New Cairo, Egypt

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical and proposal support for steam and heat transfer solutions and assist the sales team in delivering suitable solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations based on RFQs and project requirements.
• Perform sizing and engineering calculations for steam and heat transfer equipment.
• Review P&IDs and prepare technical drawings and specifications.
• Prepare technical submittals, datasheets, compliance sheets, and clarifications.
• Support Sales Engineers in developing and optimizing technical solutions.
• Coordinate with principals for specialized equipment selection when required.
• Assist with steam audit reports and solution development.
• Maintain organized technical documentation and quotation records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, design engineering, or industrial equipment.
• Good understanding of steam, condensate, and heat transfer systems.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and technical documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.
• Good English communication skills.
