Job Description

Technical Support Engineer – Printing (Riyadh) | Arabic Speaker | (Jordanian, Lebanese, Syrian)

ONLY FROM PRINTING INDUSTRY WHO HAS EXPERIENCE WITH PRINT TECHNOLOGY, LASER, INKJET.

ONLY TECHNICAL PERSON WITH HARDWARE REPAIR OR SUPPORT

NO PROGRAMMERS NO IT

Key responsibilities

  • Provide onsite technical support and maintenance for laser printing hardware.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults using technical documentation and diagrams.
  • Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and parts replacement.
  • Liaise with service managers, escalate complex issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate service reports and interact professionally with customers.

Requirements

  • BS Engineering (electronics or related) or Diploma in Electronics.
  • Fresh graduate up to 1+ year of hands-on experience (printing, hardware service, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of print technologies (laser preferred; inkjet/offset exposure a plus).
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation and circuit/assembly diagrams.
  • Computer literate with MS Office and service-reporting tools.
  • Candidates to be based in Saudi Arabia, (Jordanian, Lebanese, Syrian)
  • Available to join ASAP.
