Job Title: Technical Support Engineer.
Location : Cairo, Egypt.
Work Mode: Hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Own, investigate, and resolve customer technical issues
- Collaborate across teams using advanced troubleshooting tools
- Share knowledge and build communities with peers
- Identify product/process improvements and contribute to innovations
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Hands-on experience in technical support or consulting
- Experience in WSUS, SMS, SCCM, 2007 / 2012 and Microsoft Intune.
- Operating Systems Concepts - Active Directory, Security, OS Internals
- Networking concepts - DNS, protocols, Devices
- IIS Concepts - Configuration, ISAPI, Architecture, SSL and Kerberos
- Memory Management concepts
- Tools - Netmon, Perfmon, SQL Profiler
- Basic SQL Server Administration concepts
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (20032012), SQL, and IIS
- Strong experience in Windows 2003, 2008, 2008 R2 and 2012 server
Language Skills:
- English proficiency required
- German, French, or Italian is a plus.
