Description:

1.Collect and summarize customers feedback on product and technology-related issues such as requirements, inquiries, complaints etc., and provide timely, correct and complete feedback on the issues to company, track the process of internal resolution and resolutionresults until the customer confirms the closure of the issue.

2.Responsible forproduct testing ,includes both hardware and software testing and requires timely and accurate feedback to the company on test results.

3.Communicate with customers onproducts and technologies, and enhance customer satisfaction.

4.Responsible for after-sales, including but not limited to on-site maintenance,product installation, etc.

Job requirements.

1. Majoring innetwork, communication engineering, electronic information engineering, with bachelor degree or above.

2. Good communication and coordination skills, with good emergency response ability for unexpected events.

3. Strong sense of responsibility, strong execution and professionalism.

4. Energetic and able to handle high-intensity work.

5. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Fluent in Englishand Arabic.

7. Experience in 4/5G product testing, familiarity with CPE remote management(ACS) is preferred .

8. Familiarity with communication products (routers/AP/CPE/ONT, etc.) is preferred.

9. Experience in working with Operators would be a plus.
