Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support- Customer Service (Second Level Support)

Location: New Cairo

Job Type: Full-time

Work Setup: On-site

Salary: Up to 22,500 EGP

Job Overview:

We are hiring for a Back Office role that is considered part of the Customer Service team. This position is focused on second-level support, working closely with store agents. The role does not involve direct interaction with customers, but supports agents in handling and resolving customer-related issues.

Responsibilities:

Provide second-level support to store agents

Handle escalated cases from first-line customer service

Assist agents in resolving customer issues efficiently

Follow up on pending cases until resolution

Coordinate with different departments when needed

Maintain accurate records of cases and actions taken

Requirements:

Previous customer service or back office experience is a plus

Good communication skills

Problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure

Good English level

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
